Omarbekova Sholpan Sapargalievna

Acting Vice-president for economics and finance

She was born in 1968. In 1991 she graduated from S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University in specialty “Economics”. She was trained in the Company named after Carl Duisberg (Germany) with assigning the qualification of “master of business training”.

In the period from 1991 to 2000 she worked at the Institute of economy of the NAS of the RK. In 2000 she started working in the railway sector as chief specialist at “Kazgiprozheldortrans” JSC, in the period from 2002 to 2010 was appointed financial director and then vice-president of the company “Kaztransservice” JSC. Prior to 2013 she headed the Department of tariff policy of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” JSC. From 2013 to 2016 she held the position of Managing director for economics and finance of “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” JSC.

Since July 1, 2016 she is acting Vice president for economics and finance of “KTZ-Freight transportation” JSC.
