KTZ Express invites you to participate in an online survey on the implementation of the Digital Single Window system.

We ask all customers to take part in an anonymous survey regarding the implementation of the DSW system. The survey will help us understand your opinions on the DSW portal and improve the quality of our services.
The main purpose of the DSW portal is to enhance customer focus, eliminate competition within the KTZ group of companies, and improve the efficiency of freight transportation management and the quality of logistics services. The DSW portal will offer a wide range of services and various online functions, including receiving commercial offers, contract management, submitting requests via social networks and the Call Center, mutual settlements and online payment, access to analytical data on your operations, making service requests, tracking cargo location, satisfaction assessment, and connecting partners via API. The tentative test launch date for the DSW portal is August 1, 2024.
