The site of Semey-Shar is under reconstruction

On December 7 this year at 09.20 on the site of Semey-Shar of Semey branch of the road there was getting off the rails of 12 loaded coal wagons of train № 2305.

No casualties were reported.

According to a special commission created by “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” JSC to clarify the circumstances of the accident, the cause of getting off the rails of the cars was a kink of the side frame of the sixth wagon. More than 400 meters of track were damaged.

Two recovery trains are operating at the scene. More than 70 experts are also involved in reactivation of the train traffic.

Passengers of the trains, delayed due to an accident, are delivered to destinations by buses of “NC “KTZ” JSC.

Reactivation of the traffic on the section of Semey-Shar is scheduled for 21.00.
