Transportation of socially important goods is a priority of JSC «NC «KTZ» activity.

Thus, in 2018 over 105 million tons of hard coal has been shipped, this number is above the result of 2017 on 3%, including to the Kazakh consumers, the railway workers delivered more than 74 million tons of solid fuel, which exceeds the number from last year  on 4%.

For municipal needs of consumers in Pavlodar region, 31 million tons of coal were transported, it is more on 9% then it was in 2017, South Kazakhstan region - 1.7 million tons, which is 24% higher than the previous year. 88% more than the previous heating period, coal was shipped to Astana, 80% - to Almaty, 64% - to Mangistau region, 19% - to Zhambyl region and 25% - to Aktobe region.

Solid fuel has been delivered to consumers in full and on time.

- For the effective organization of transportation in JSC "NC" KTZ" there is a headquarters for the transport of coal. The daily monitoring of the provision for shippers’ applications is established. Nurzhan Kelbuganov, Executive Director for Operations, JSC KTZ-Freight Transportation pronounced that the monitoring of the car turnover is underway.

For the coal mines, the fleet of wagons operated by KTZ-Express JSC was consolidated. All necessary measures are taken for distributing the volume of coal transportation throughout the year and reduce the load on the autumn and winter periods.

The success of the organization of uninterrupted transportation of solid fuel was demonstrated by the joint work of the Company, regional akimats and coal mines. The obligations to redistribute the volumes of coal loading from 3-4 quarters to 2 quarters are being fulfilled. At the initiative of JSC «NC «KTZ», work is being carried out with shippers on the timely filing of applications for loading coal. This ensures the rhythm of transportation of solid fuel and delivery of cargo to the consumer even in peak season.
