1991 - 2000 - worked at the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2000 - began work in the railway sector as a chief specialist at OJSC “Kazgiprozheldortrans”;

2002 - 2010 was appointed financial director and then vice-president of JSC “Kaztransservice”;

Until 2013 - headed the Tariff Policy Department of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy”;

2013 - 2016 - held the position of Managing Director for Economics and Finance of JSC”NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy”;

He was born in 1975. In 1997 he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications with the qualification of “mechanical engineer”. In 2001, he graduated Kazakh State University after named Al-Farabi with a degree in jurisprudence.

He began his career in 1997 as a mechanic at Road Maintenance Section № 24 of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, later an engineer for production preparation, a garage manager, and a chief mechanic.

1998 - 2005 - worked as an engineer of the first category, deputy head of the representative office, head of the representative office and deputy director of the RSE “Information and Accounting Center” of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
